Terms of use

1. What Pilatlas is

Pilatlas is a subscription platform with a catalog of Pilates exercise videos and tools for building classes, aimed at Pilates teachers and instructors.

Pilatlas is a professional reference and support tool. It is not a course, it is not a certification, and it does not replace technical training in Pilates.

2. Your account

To use Pilatlas you need to create an account and be at least 18 years old.

The account is individual and non-transferable. Sharing your credentials with other people may result in suspension of access. You are responsible for keeping your password safe.

3. Subscription, trial and billing

Plans and prices are always available at pilatlas.com/pricing. The billing currency is set at signup, based on your location, and stays the same for the entire subscription.

Trial period. New subscribers get a 3-day trial with full access. The trial requires a credit card, and we tell you the exact date of the first charge before you confirm. If you don't cancel by the end of the trial, the charge happens automatically.

Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time, from your profile, with no justification and no need to talk to support. Access continues until the end of the period already paid. There is no fee and no lock-in.

Right of withdrawal. Under the terms of Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, you may withdraw from the purchase within 7 days, with a refund of the amounts paid.

Payment failure. If a charge can't be processed, we keep your access for 3 days while we try again and let you know by email. If it remains unpaid, access is suspended until it is settled.

Price changes. Changes do not affect periods already paid and will be communicated in advance, and you may cancel before they take effect.

4. The content

The entire catalog — videos, descriptions, cataloging and materials — belongs to Pilatlas and is protected by copyright.

Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable license to:

• consult the catalog for study and class preparation;
• show the videos to your students during sessions, as visual reference;
• build, save and print sequences for your own use;
• share the structure of a class via link, without the videos.

Not allowed:

• download, record, copy or store the videos by any means;
• redistribute, rebroadcast or make the content available to third parties;
• show it publicly, at an event, course or open channel;
• use the content in your own teaching material, course or certification;
• share your account or credentials;
• remove watermarks or protection mechanisms.

What you create — classes, notes, favorites and job board posts — remains yours. You authorize us to store and display that content only for the platform to work, including to third parties when you choose to share it.

5. Job board

Pilatlas offers a board of professional opportunity listings.

We are not an employment agency, we do not intermediate hiring and we do not verify the accuracy of listings. Each listing is the responsibility of whoever publishes it. Listings go through approval before appearing, which is not a guarantee about the advertiser.

We remove listings with discriminatory, illegal, misleading or offensive content.

If you publish a listing

By publishing, you declare that the position is real and that the contact details provided are yours or that you are authorized to use them.

You choose whether to receive applications through Pilatlas or to be contacted directly. If you choose to receive them, you will receive the name, email and WhatsApp of interested subscribers, and you commit to using that data only in the selection process for that position and to discarding it when the process ends. Responsibility for handling that data, from the moment you receive it, is yours.

If you apply

Applying is available to subscribers, on listings that accept applications. By applying, you authorize your name, email and WhatsApp to be sent to the advertiser of that position.

Pilatlas does not take part in the selection process, does not evaluate applications and does not guarantee a reply from the advertiser.

6. Liability

Pilatlas content is informative and provides professional support.

Assessing the student, choosing the exercises, adapting them to physical condition and ensuring safe execution are the exclusive responsibility of the professional leading the class. Pilatlas is not liable for injuries or damages arising from the application of the exercises.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee the absence of interruptions, which may occur due to maintenance, third-party failures or events beyond our control.

We may change or discontinue features, giving notice when the change is significant.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, especially in cases of credential sharing or content redistribution.

You can close your account whenever you want, from your profile.

9. Changes

Significant changes to these terms will be communicated by email. Continued use after they take effect implies agreement.

10. Governing law

Brazilian law applies, preserving the consumer's right to bring claims in the courts of their own domicile.
