About the trial and billing
- Do I need a card to try it?
- Yes. We show the exact date of the first charge before you confirm, and cancelling during the trial takes two taps — no email, no phone call, no explanation.
- When am I charged?
- On the fourth day, unless you cancel before that. The date appears on the payment screen and in the welcome email.
- Is there a contract or minimum term?
- No. Monthly is month to month, and you cancel whenever you want.
- What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
- Yearly costs $99.00 and works out to $8.25 per month — two months free compared to monthly.
- How do I cancel?
- In your profile, in two taps. Access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
About the content
- How many exercises are there?
- Over 600, and the library keeps growing. All new content is included in the subscription.
- I've never taken a Pilates course — can I learn from the platform alone?
- No. The app is an atlas for consulting a complete library of exercises. It doesn't replace Pilates training. A certification course is coming soon.
- Is it useful without a fully equipped studio?
- It is. There are over a hundred mat exercises, and the prop filter shows what you can do with what you have — including nothing at all.
- Which apparatus are covered?
- Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrel and Aerial Pilates.
- Does it cover classical or contemporary?
- Both, and method is one of the filter categories.
About daily use
- Does it work on a phone?
- Pilatlas was built for the phone first. The videos are vertical, open full screen and load fast.
- Can I use it during my classes?
- Yes — the classes you build are right there in your hand
- Can I take a printed class to the studio?
- Yes. Every class you build generates a clean page with the order, the names and your notes.
- Can I share a class with another instructor?
- Yes, by link. She sees the structure of the class even without an account; to watch the videos, she needs a subscription.
- Do I need internet?
- Yes, the videos are streamed. Offline use is planned for future versions.
About your account
- What if I cancel? Do I lose the classes I built?
- No. Your classes stay saved. If you subscribe again, everything is where you left it.
- How do I delete my account and my data?
- In your profile, at any time.
