How do I build fifty minutes that make sense from start to finish? With Pilatlas you find exercises quickly and precisely, explore new repertoire possibilities and build classes with more variety and confidence — without spending hours looking for inspiration on social media. A complete tool to plan your classes and make the Pilates instructor's day-to-day easier.

PoD — Pilates of the Day

For the days when inspiration doesn't show up.

A new sequence every day, built by our team. You open it and teach it — no choosing, no building, no thinking. If you like it, save it as your own class and it stays with you.

Studios hiring Pilates teachers post here

A job board for studios across Brazil: role, city, schedule, contract and pay — all in fixed fields, so you can compare two openings without reading two essays. Posting is free; the studio's contact details are for subscribers.

Portrait of Thais Rodrigues, director of the Pilatlas library

The Pilatlas library is directed by Thais Rodrigues, who holds a degree in physical education and has over ten years as a Pilates instructor and studio owner. A multidisciplinary athlete — artistic gymnastics, figure skating, circus arts and professional dance — she brings to the method a reading of movement that comes from outside it.

For more than five years she has mentored Pilates professionals. What used to happen in person, for a few, is now catalogued and available to professionals anywhere in the world.

Over 600 exercises don't come from a script. They come from the studio floor.

Less than a single private session.

How the trial works

The trial lasts three days and requires a card.

Cancelling takes two taps in your profile — no email, no phone call, no explanation. Cancel during the trial and nothing is charged.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a card to try it?
Yes. We show the exact date of the first charge before you confirm, and cancelling during the trial takes two taps — no email, no phone call, no explanation.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Monthly is month to month, and you cancel whenever you want.
Is it useful without a fully equipped studio?
It is. There are over a hundred mat exercises, and the prop filter shows what you can do with what you have — including nothing at all.
Can I use it during my classes?
Yes — the classes you build are right there in your hand
What if I cancel? Do I lose the classes I built?
No. Your classes stay saved. If you subscribe again, everything is where you left it.
